Industrial Park in Drenas

Ministry of Trade and Industry in 2005 started implementing a project “Industrial Park” in Drenas, in the village of Lower Koretica, at the 17 kilometer of the regional road Prishtina-Peja.

This “Industrial Park” covers an area of 24 hectares, in which 72 local and foreign production enterprises will be placed.

The parcels that will be allocated to these businesses have an area of 1000m2, 3000 m2 and 6000 m2

The project has been initiated by the Ministry of Trade and Industry and it is a joint investment between MTI and the Municipal Council of Drenas.

The Municipality of Drenas has offered the above mentioned land parcel for this project, whereas MTI has been investing in the infrastructure building of this park since 2005 where infrastructure projects are included such as: roads, sidewalks, fecal and rain sewage, installation of electricity, water, telephone network, heating, gas, etc.
