European Charter for Small enterprises
The European Charter for Small Enterprises represents the basic document of the European Commission policies for state members and for the countries that are in the process of Stabilization and Accession. It is a strategic instrument which applied to all countries of the Western Balkans as a planning method for the coming years that these countries reach the European Standards along all lines of Charter operation. This Charter is considered as the basic document in the European Commission policy on small enterprises.
